Grind the bell pepper in hot water into small pieces and set aside
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add rosemary and sauté the onion until translucent
Add the sausage and cook for another 2 minutes
Add the peas and let it simmer for another 3 minutes
Mix in the rice and grated cheese
Turn off the heat, sprinkle with bell pepper, and serve.
