Moisten or chop the fudge well and reserve
Melt the butter or margarine in a saucepan
Add the wheat flour and mix well
Gradually add the milk over low heat and mix until thickened
Add seasonings
Remove from heat and combine with egg and yolk
Add the fudge and mix well
Blend in a blender
Fill individual molds greased to 2/3 capacity with the mixture
Bake in a water bath at preheated oven (170°C) for about 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of the mold
Unmold and serve with mayonnaise mixed with chopped parsley to taste
Serves 4 to 6 people
Serve as an appetizer or snack, accompanied by crackers and a salad.
