Step 1: In a large refrigerator-safe bowl, combine the onion, garlic, and olive oil
Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent
Step 2: Finely chop the red cabbage and add it to the rice
Add the linguiça, salt, and black pepper
Mix well
Step 3: In a separate refrigerator-safe bowl, heat the water in the microwave on high for 3 minutes
Pour the hot water over the rice mixture and microwave on high for 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked
Let it rest for 5 minutes.
