Divide the rice into 3 parts
In one part, mix well 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and chopped spinach
In the second part, mix 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and tomato puree; in the remaining part, mix well the remaining butter or margarine and paprika
Place in a large serving dish or separate dishes
Serves 30 people.
