4 green peppers (750g) chopped

Mix the pepper, parsley, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper
Stir well
Heat the oil
Add the rice and sauté it, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until it browns
Add the green pepper mixture
Fry slowly, stirring occasionally
Bring the chicken broth to a boil
Pour it over the rice
Let it simmer again, turn off the heat, cover, and cook slowly without stirring for 13-15 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and all the liquid has been absorbed
Serve 4-6 portions.
