In a blender, beat the milk, egg, butter, flour, yeast, and salt
Place in a 12-inch pizza pan and bake for 20 minutes or until starting to brown
Remove from the oven, top with tomato and season with oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil
Cover with mozzarella cheese and return to the oven until the cheese melts
