Mix the yeast and sugar with 1/4 cup of warm water
Add the remaining ingredients and beat well, either in a processor or with a wooden spoon, until you get a homogeneous mass
Place it in a ring-shaped mold of 25 cm diameter greased
Brush with the egg yolk
Bake in a preheated hot oven (200°C) for about 45 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool for 8 minutes
