Dough
3 eggs
1 can of cream of milk
1/2 cup (ch) of cornstarch
Salt and black pepper to taste
500g cooked and mashed potato
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Filling
2 tablespoons of oil
1 chopped onion
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
500g ground meat
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup (ch) of mayonnaise

In a blender, beat the eggs, cream of milk, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, incorporate the potato and baking powder
Mix until a smooth and tender dough forms. Reserve
Filling
In a pan, heat the oil, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and ground meat until dry
Season with salt and black pepper
Turn off the heat and mix in the mayonnaise
In a greased and floured refrigerator, place half of the dough
Distribute the filling and cover with the remaining dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
