1 and 1/2 cups of textured soy protein
3 cups of hot water
3 cups of fine oat flakes
1 cup of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of soy sauce (shoyu)
1 cup of minced garlic
1 clove of garlic
2 eggs
1/4 cup of wheat flour for breading
Salt to taste

Hydrate the soy protein in hot water for 15 minutes and strain it
Add all other ingredients (except wheat flour for breading) and mix well
Shape the burgers, coat with wheat flour, and grill them
