Preheat the oven to medium temperature
In a baking dish, place the seasoned chicken with salt and pepper, whole garlic cloves, lime zest, and white wine
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for an hour
Remove the foil
Let it brown for another 30 minutes
If necessary, add more wine
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with ginger strips
Serve.
