2 cups of cooked fish, diced
1 cup of low-fat milk
2 well-beaten eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients thoroughly
Pour into 4 individual molds lightly greased
Bake in a water bath at medium heat for 30 minutes, or until the mixture is firm
Let it rest for a few minutes outside of the oven
Run a knife gently around the edges and demold
Serve in 4 portions
