    Whisk together 200g of flour with 4 tablespoons of milk, season with salt and a pinch of paprika; bring to a simmer to thicken, then add 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of butter, 5 eggs, and about 1 kg of cooked shrimp, chopped or whole if small. Half an hour before serving, combine 6 egg whites beaten until stiff, 5 eggs, and bake in a regular oven. Serve in individual ramekins.
