In a pan, melt the butter and brown the chicken breast cubes
Set aside
In another pan, heat the oil, sauté the onion, add the green beans and carrots, and simmer for five minutes
Add the reserved chicken breast, chicken broth, salt, and black pepper
Cook for three minutes
Combine the flour dissolved in coconut milk with salt and black pepper, and mix well
Cook over low heat until the sauce thickens
Serve with rice.
