Wash the chicken and then season the thighs with salt, lime, and cumin
Let it marinate for about 10 minutes

Spread the chicken thighs onto a buttered baking dish

Pour orange juice over the top of the chicken, followed by a drizzle of olive oil
Then brush the meat with a little more olive oil

Place the chicken in a preheated oven at 220oC
Let it cook for 40 minutes or until the thighs are golden brown.
