Place the meat on multiple layers of aluminum foil
Make various cuts in the meat and sprinkle a bit of the scallion, thyme, and parsley mixture into each cut
Wrap the meat tightly in the aluminum foil
Close the package by folding the edges several times
Place the 'package' in a baking dish and bake in a moderate oven for about 2 hours
Remove the snake from the aluminum foil and reserve the juices that have formed to serve with the meat
Remove any herbs
Cut the meat into 8-10 portions of approximately 100g each (1 portion = 300 calories).
