1 cup of cooked and diced Cameroon shrimp
1 green pepper, diced
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 cup of milk
1 can of corn kernels
3 eggs
1 cup of cooked and diced Cameroon shrimp

Sauté the green pepper and onion in butter until they're soft but not browned
Add the flour, salt, black pepper, and mustard
Mix well and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
Gradually add the milk, mixing until the mixture is smooth and thickens
Add the corn kernels
Combine the Cameroon shrimp with the egg mixture
Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown and firm
Serve 4 to 6 servings.
