Marinate the pork ribs with garlic, salt, and black pepper, and let it sit in red wine for about 2 hours
Then, marinate the pork shoulder and chicken with garlic, salt, and black pepper, and let it sit in white wine for about 2 hours
After that, place all the meats into a large roasting pan along with the potatoes, meat juices, and some water
Roast in a hot oven (200°C) for about 4 hours
To accompany the roast: sauté onions, garlic, tomato paste, and hot pepper sauce in olive oil
Soften the bread in a mixture of water and milk, then squeeze out the excess liquid
Combine with the sautéed onion mixture and mix well
Serve alongside the mixed roast
