4 fresh tuna steaks cut into cubes

12 sesame seeds
1 cup (sopa) of sesame seeds for dusting
Skewers for grilling
Red sauce
2 cups (sopa) of light cream cheese
1 cup (sobremesa) of ketchup
Salt to taste
1 cup (sopa) of chopped fresh cilantro
Optional hot pepper paste

In a bowl, season the tuna with salt, oil, and garlic
Let it marinate for 20 minutes
In a pan, cook the onions
Drain and reserve
Assemble the skewers: alternate the tuna with onion
Grill each side of the skewer for three minutes. Reserve
For the sauce:
Mix the cream cheese, ketchup, salt, cilantro, and pepper paste, then reserve
Dust the skewer with sesame seeds and serve with the sauce.
