400g of fresh tuna cut into 4 pieces

2 cloves of garlic pressed
1/2 cup of olive oil
4 diced tomatoes, skin and seeds removed
2 tablespoons of black olives chopped
2 fillets of capers chopped
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste

Season the fish with salt and cook in steam for 5 minutes, placing the bay leaves in the water of the pot
Prepare the sauce
Fry the garlic in olive oil until golden brown
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes
Stir occasionally
Season with salt and pepper and serve with cooked tuna
Serve in 4 portions.
