1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon of English mustard
6 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives

Cook the tuna with sliced onions, some salsa, and salt and black pepper to taste, until it's tender
Drain well and refrigerate
Use a fork to shred the tuna into small pieces
In a large bowl, mix together the tuna, eggs, heavy cream, mayonnaise, English mustard, lemon juice, and chopped chives
Add salt and black pepper to taste
Assemble the salad in a serving dish by placing a layer of lettuce at the bottom, followed by the tuna mixture, and finishing with tomato seeds and black olives on top
Serve 10-12 portions.
