Add the tomato, cilantro, and season with salt and black pepper
When it starts simmering, reduce the heat, cover the pan, and cook for 15 minutes
Meanwhile, season the tuna with salt and black pepper
Brush a grill with olive oil and grill the tuna on both sides
Don't let it cook too much so that the meat doesn't dry out
