Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat with the garlic, until golden brown
Then add the cod dusted with wheat flour and fry for 5 minutes on each side
Remove the cod from the pan and keep warm with some of the remaining oil
Fry potatoes in the same pan until they are done, then drain the excess oil and pour it slowly over the beaten egg yolks
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve the cod in a dish
Arrange the fried potatoes around the cod.
