'Boil the cod pieces in boiling water'
'Drain and reserve the cod'
'Peel the potatoes, cut them into thick slices, and cook them quickly, leaving them still firm'
'Chop the onions and garlic into thin slices'
'Place 50ml of olive oil at the bottom of a baking dish'
'Layer the potatoes at the bottom of the dish and top with the onions'
'Add half of the garlic'
'Arrange the cod pieces, cut in half, on top of the remaining garlic'
'Finish with the black olives and drizzle with plenty of olive oil'
'Put it in a hot oven until the potatoes are cooked through and the cod is golden brown'
