Ingredients
700 g of cod loin in flakes
6 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 large onion, cubed
10 soup spoons of olive oil
1 soup spoon of chopped bell pepper
1 nutmeg
1 pinch of salt
1 red bell pepper (seedless and core removed)
4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cut into rounds
To fry
2 tablespoons of oil

In a frying pan, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil until they're soft
Add the bell pepper, nutmeg, salt, and red bell pepper
Sauté lightly and reserve
Grill or broil the red bell pepper, slice it, and reserve

Heat the oil in medium heat and fry the potato for five minutes or until it starts to brown
Drain and add it to the sautéed garlic and onion mixture

Grill or broil the codfish fillets over medium-high heat for about eight minutes on each side, or until they're golden brown
Transfer to a serving dish with the reserved vegetables and bell pepper
Serve immediately.
