Grease a large refrigerator dish with olive oil
Flake the cod and cover the bottom of the dish
Spread carrot slices and eggs on top
Cover with mayonnaise, then with mashed potato (reserve some for decoration)
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until lightly golden brown
Make two recipes and prepare separate refrigerator dishes
