Sift the flour with the yeast into a bowl
Add the sugar and salt
Beat the eggs and milk in a blender until foamy
Add this mixture to the flour and mix well
Add the melted butter and mix until a smooth batter forms
Heat a small non-stick skillet well and place 1/4 cup of batter into it at a time, without spreading too much so that the pancake doesn't become too thin
Let it cook until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake
Flip and fry the other side until golden brown
Repeat the process until all the batter is used up
Serve with ice cream, maple syrup, or butter
