3/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of mustard

1 tablespoon of capers

Soak the cod in cold water for 24 hours, changing the water a few times
Place the cod in a saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to a boil
Cook for about 5 minutes
Drain
Remove the skin and bones and cut into regular pieces
Place in a heated serving dish
While the cod is cooking, prepare the sauce: melt the butter in a bain-marie
Add the remaining ingredients except capers
Mix until hot
Add the capers and pour over the cod
Serve 5 times.
