5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes (500g)
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup of olive oil (60ml)
1 cup of heavy cream (240ml)
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
500g of cod loin, soaked in water for 48 hours in the refrigerator, changing the water several times a day
Salt to taste

Cover and microwave on high for 15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked but still firm
Add heavy cream, parsley, and cod cut into pieces
Taste and season with salt if needed
Cover and cook for 6 minutes in the same pot
Check cooking time halfway to prevent potatoes from breaking down
