4 cups of wheat flour

3/2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablet of active dry yeast (15g)

Dissolve the yeast in water and process it in a processor
Combine the flour, oil, and salt
Beat until you get a homogeneous dough
Transfer to a clean surface and knead well
Place the dough in an oiled bowl
Rotate the dough to coat it evenly with oil
Cover with cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes
Lower the dough and divide into four equal parts
Make four rolls of 4 cm thickness each
Cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes
Heat the oven to very high temperature
Grease a baking dish with oil
Place the rolls in the baking dish, leaving space between them
Brush with water and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown
Let it cool and serve.
