Two days in advance, soak the cod
Change the water at least four times within 48 hours
Remove the skin and bones and cut into pieces
The night before, soak the corn kernels
Drain the corn kernels and reserve
In a pressure cooker, over high heat, sauté the tomato, rosemary, and garlic in olive oil
Cover the cooker, without pressure, and cook for 10 minutes
Add the corn kernels and water
Cover the cooker, let it simmer, and cook for 30 minutes
Add the sausage and cod
Cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes
Season with salt and black pepper
Serve in a dish
