1/2 kg of cod
2 small cans of coconut milk
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 chopped onions
2 diced tomatoes, skin and seeds removed
a few drops of pepper sauce
1 tablespoon of dendê oil

Leave the cod to soak in water for a day or two
Remove from water, squeeze well
Cut into pieces and fry in dendê oil with onion and tomato
Add coconut milk
Simmer over low heat until the cod is tender
When serving, add pepper sauce and dendê oil
