1 fish of about 2 kg (robalo, pescada, tainha, namorado etc.)
2 medium tomatoes cut into slices
1 small cucumber cut into slices
4 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
4 tablespoons of finely chopped green pepper
1 clove of garlic pressed
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of oregano

Clean the fish by removing the bones along its sides
Place the fish in a baking dish, greased
Add tomato and cucumber slices inside and on top of the fish, arranging them decoratively
In a small pan, sauté the onion, green pepper, and garlic in butter until the onion is soft but not browned
Remove from heat, add parsley, lemon juice, and oregano
Season to taste with salt and black pepper, and place inside and on top of the fish
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 45 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through
Serve with 10 percent.
