1 cup of coconut milk
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
2 tablespoons of pepper sauce
1 tablespoon of salt
1 kg of raw or cooked oysters, without shells
4 finely chopped tomatoes
1 medium finely chopped onion
1 lime (use the juice)
1 small finely chopped green pepper

Sauté the onion and tomato in olive oil for 3 minutes
Add the green pepper, oysters, lime juice, salt, and coriander
Mix well, then add coconut milk and pepper sauce, and cook for 15 minutes - if the oysters have been previously cooked; if raw, cook for 20 minutes.
