For the sauce

Season the fish fillets with lime juice, salt, and pepper
Dredge them in wheat flour
Grease a medium-sized baking dish with olive oil
Place the fish fillets and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15 minutes
Check if the fish is cooked by inserting a fork
If the meat separates into flakes, it's done
Remove from the oven
Prepare the sauce: blend all ingredients in a blender
Pour over the fish fillets, cover with aluminum foil and bake
Serve hot
