1 1/2 kg of super-frozen fish (Pescal)
1 cup of water
2 lime wedges
2 onion rings
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups of mayonnaise
6 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon of paprika sauce
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of flavorless gelatin
1 1/2 kg of super-frozen fish (Pescal)
1 cup of water
2 lime wedges
2 onion rings
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups of mayonnaise
6 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon of paprika sauce
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of flavorless gelatin
Wash the fish fillets, thaw them out, and cook them in a pan with 1/2 cup of water, lime wedges, onion rings, salt, and pepper
Cook slowly for 5 to 10 minutes until the fish is cooked through
Drain and let it cool
Flake and remove all bones
This should yield approximately 5 to 6 cups of fish
Add 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid from the fish to the mayonnaise, then add the remaining ingredients except for the gelatin
Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold water and dissolve it in a bain-marie
Gradually combine this mixture with the fish mixture
Pour into a pudding mold and refrigerate until firm.
