Season the cod fillets with salt, parsley, and cilantro and coat with wheat flour. Reserve
In a large frying pan, melt the butter with egg over medium heat
Add the cod fillets, reduce heat, and cook until golden brown on both sides (approximately 2 minutes per side)
Add the passion fruit juice mixed with water, increase heat, and simmer for 1 minute
Remove, transfer to a serving dish, and decorate with passion fruit pulp
Serve immediately
