Cut the rabbit into pieces and fry in butter or margarine with the onion until the meat is browned
Dust with wheat flour (about 1 tablespoon)
Add tomato extract, diced tomatoes, chicken bouillon granules, and paprika to taste
Add a little water and simmer
After about 40 minutes, add heavy cream
Cook until the meat is tender
Remove the meat from the sauce
Season with lemon juice to taste
Strain through a sieve and serve over rabbit pieces
If desired, add more heavy cream.
