In a food processor, beat the salmon until it forms a paste
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon to obtain a uniform batter
Divide into four portions
On a smooth surface brushed with oil, shape each portion into a burger patty using an 8cm diameter cookie cutter
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
Lightly brush the patties with oil and reduce the heat to medium
Fry two burgers at a time until they are well browned (about 2 minutes per side)
Place on a tray and serve immediately
