Fry the onion in olive oil until lightly browned
Remove from heat
Add the paprika and mix well
Add the fish and let it fry for a few minutes
Season with salt to taste
Add 1 cup of water and cook until the fish is tender
Remove from heat and combine with cream
Mix well
Serve in 4-5 portions.
