1 Make a hole in the center of the meat, horizontally
Add all the ingredients except wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and close the opening with twine
2 Season the meat with wine, lemon, salt, and pepper
Place it in a baking dish and bake at medium temperature for two hours or until it's soft and golden
Transfer to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes
