Preheat the oven to 350°F
Marinate the feta cheese with lime juice, salt, and olive oil
Place it on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and bake until it separates into flakes when pierced with a fork (about 25 minutes)
Prepare the sauce: blend all ingredients (reserve 2 tablespoons of dill for garnishing) until smooth (approximately 1 minute)
Transfer the feta cheese to a serving dish, drizzle with the sauce, sprinkle with dill and serve immediately
