3/4 cup of squash
3/4 cup of vegetable broth
1 piece of ginger in shreds
1 minced garlic clove
4 badejo pieces
Salt and black pepper to taste
5 tablespoons (tablespoon) of soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons chopped coriander
2 green onions finely chopped
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Mix the squash with the broth, ginger, and garlic and put it in a frying pan
When it starts to simmer, reduce heat and let it sit for five minutes
Arrange the fish and season with salt and black pepper
Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil
Cover and cook for five minutes
Add coriander and green onions
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve with rice.
