Season the fish with salt and lemon juice to taste
Brush it with butter
Place it in a well-greased baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a moderate oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes or until cooked
Remove any excess liquid that has formed
Cover the fish with tomato sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top
Bake for an additional 5 minutes
Serve hot
