Let the dried beef soak in water overnight to remove excess salt
Every few hours, change the water
The next day, cook the beef until it's tender
Then, shred and set aside
In a large frying pan, fry the calabresa sausage in butter until it's golden brown
Add the shredded beef and chopped onion to the pan; stir constantly
Once the mixture is combined, add the cooked rice, beans, and cheese
Stir well to combine
Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
