Grease a flat surface with butter
In a microwave-safe dish, combine all ingredients well
Heat in the microwave on high for 8 minutes or until the caramel reaches the firm ball stage (test by dipping a small amount of the hot mixture into cold water; if it forms a ball that doesn't break apart, it's ready)
Spread over the greased surface and let cool
Use a spoon to remove small portions of the caramel and shape into balls with your hands
When completely cooled, wrap them in aluminum foil
