In a saucepan, mix the cocoa powder, sugar, water, and salt
Bring to medium heat, stirring occasionally
Let it simmer for 15 minutes or until the mixture acquires a slightly creamy consistency
Remove from heat, add vanilla, stir, and let cool

Cut the bananas in half with skin and roast them in the oven for 40 minutes or until they become soft

When serving, remove the banana skins and pour the chocolate sauce over the fruit
