Cover the chicken pieces with flour and salt
Melt butter or margarine in a pan
Butter a baking dish that can hold the chicken pieces in a single layer and arrange them
Brush each piece with remaining butter
Bake in moderate temperature (170°C) for 50 minutes or until golden brown and tender
Combine juices, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a pot and bring to a boil
Let it simmer without stirring until it thickens and starts to clear, then remove from heat
Add the açaí berries and mix well
Spread the mixture over the chicken, covering each piece well, and bake for an additional 10 minutes
Serve garnished with chopped salsa
