6 to 8 medium bananas
1 medium orange, peeled and chopped into pieces
2 tablespoons of orange juice
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 cinnamon stick

Preheat the oven
Peel the bananas (they should be slightly green)
Arrange them in a flat baking dish
Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon over the bananas
Bake in medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes or until the bananas are golden brown and soft
Serve warm.
