Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (250°C)
Make a lengthwise cut in the direction of the banana peel
Place on a sheet of aluminum foil
Cover with foil
Heat a baking dish for about 2 minutes
Put the paper packet in the heated baking dish and roast for about 10 minutes
While still hot, sprinkle the confectioner's sugar over the cut section, and drizzle with lime juice and brandy
Eat by removing the banana from its peel with a spoon
Serve 4 times.
