4 medium sweet potatoes

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup milk
salt and black pepper to taste

Boil the sweet potatoes, peel them, and puree them. Reserve
Brown the garlic in butter and add it to the sweet potato
Mix well, add milk, and stir until a smooth, even consistency is reached that will not stick to the bottom of the pan
Add the chopped green onions
Make paper muffin liners, grease them, and fill with the puree
Top with butter or margarine in small pieces
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Place the puffs on a grill only to warm them up, and serve immediately.
